If you have completed coursework at other institutions, contact all the schools you have attended and request to have your official transcripts sent to SBCC.
SBCC has partnered with Credentials eSCRIP-SAFE as our trusted agent for processing incoming OFFICIAL electronic academic transcripts. At this time SBCC does accept paper transcripts delivered via First Class U.S. Postal Mail; however, our preferred method of receipt is via electronic PDF file delivery. You will need to check with your sending university or instruction to verify that they are able to send electronic PDF transcripts to other instructions like SBCC.
Many colleges, universities and other agencies are members of Credentials eSCRIP-SAFE’s secure network and actively send electronic transcripts.
CLICK HERE to see if your college or university sends electronic transcripts via Credentials eSCRIP-SAFE.
If you do not see your school listed and your school does send electronic PDF transcripts, you can request through your school that the transcript(s) be sent to the following email address:(PLEASE NOTE THAT SBCC WILL NOT ACCEPT EMAIL TRANSCRIPTS SENT FROM STUDENTS) (THE ABOVE ADDRESS IS FOR TRANSCRIPTS ONLY. REGULAR EMAIL QUESTIONS WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE)
Transcripts sent via U.S. Postal mail should be sent to:
